No demerits were issued for the following: 5. Observed bulk milk brought from home missing date. Asst. Director explained to me that bulk milk is brought in on Monday and sent home on Friday. The milk was brought in on Monday but the date label was not placed. Date was added. **Label all baby bottles, sippy-cups, and bottled beverages sent from home with the child's name and date it was brought into the facility. 15A NCAC 18A .2804 (d) 34. Observed standing water in the water play table while the children were outside playing. Explained to Asst Director that the tables should be filled with water just prior to playing in centers and immediately emptied after. **Clean and sanitize water play centers and associated toys daily (if used) and when visibly soiled. 15A NCAC 18A .2822 (c ).
