Toys, equipment, furniture, and any other items accessible to the children shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2822 (a), (b). Observed tape/sticker residue on child sized furniture throughout center. #39. Keep all ventilation related equipment clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2826 (b). Observed light not working in single stall restroom building #2. *NOTE: During time of inspection EHS left center a handwritten copy of inspection report.
