Facility does not have adequate lighting in dish washing area due to fixtures not working and blown light bulbs in fixtures. Clean window blinds throughout in classrooms. Ensure light bulb in recess light fixture in otter room bathrooms and light bulb in lamp in otter room are shatter proof.
