Remove the water basin and keep it separated until it is ready to be used, 2. Lock the room. CRITICAL Hot water at areas accessible to children shall not exceed 120°F. 15A NCAC 18A .2815 (e). Notes: The dish machine wash temp got to 140F after running it about 6 times. It is supposed to reach 150F. Employees may use the two compartment sink for wash & rinse then the dish machine to sanitize.
