Per staff onsite, the staff person responsible for using the machine during the afternoon was not onsite. Have the responsible staff person, survey the dish washing machine and determine if the machine is rinsing the dishes at 180 F for at least one second. Multi-service utensils must be washed, rinsed, and sanitized after each use. 15A NCAC 18A .2812 (e)#29. Observed an aerosol product on a high shelf in the wood working room. All hazardous items must be stored behind lock and key. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b).#31. Observed storage on the floor in the resource room. Keep storage off the floor so that the floor can be easily cleaned. Adequate space shall be provided for the storage of equipment, furniture, toys, clothes, linens, backpacks, book bags, diaper bags, beds, cots, mats, and supplies and shall be kept clean. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (a). #37) Observed some water damaged ceiling tiles in the resource room.
