Date was added. **Label all baby bottles, sippy-cups, and bottled beverages sent from home with the child's name and date it was brought into the facility. 15A NCAC 18A .2804 (d) 20. Observed no reported lab results for lead tasting of water. Ensure that samples of consumable water are collected and submitted to the lab for testing. **In child care centers, areas accessible to children shall be free of identified lead poisoning hazards as defined in G.S. 130A-131.7(7).
