No demerits were issued for the following: 5. Observed bag of chips stored in the kitchen sealed closed using tape. Ensure that items are placed in sealable containers/bags once opened to prevent pests. Chips were removed and placed in proper storage. **Store all foods in approved re-sealable bags or containers once opened. 15A NCAC 18A .2806 (a) NOTE: Bulk milk brought in from home needs to be dated once it arrives to the facility and then be sent home at the end of the week. 21. Observed one loose toilet seat in the boys restroom near the gym. Needs to be tightened. **Keep toilets and urinals clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2817 (a).
