10. Caregiver in infant room stated that highchair trays are cleaned daily in the kitchen, children eating directly off tray. Observed dirty highchair in cafeteria Food contact surfaces and utensils shall be cleaned and sanitized after preparing raw foods, prior to preparing ready to eat foods, and after any interruption of operations in which contamination may have occurred. 15A NCAC 18A .2807 (c ) and .2812 (b). After eating directly off tray they must be cleaned in kitchen. 12. Observed exterior of refrigerator in infant room collecting residue where microwave is located. Keep all non-food contact surfaces and equipment clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2812 (f) and .2809 (1) and (3).
