(NO POINTS DEDUCTED) 16. Observed hot water registering at 117F in Pre K1 class room. Observed hot water only reaching 72F in School age classroom. Hot water shall be maintained at 80F - 110F when accessible to children. 25. Observed disinfectant low which correlates to diaper changing surface not properly being cleaned(disinfected). If concentration is low next inspection a PROVISIONAL CLASSIFICATION will be issued. 30 Observed purse stored below 5ft. in Pre K room. Observed storage closet off main hall in need of organizing. 37. Observed water stained ceiling in main hall storage closet. Ms. Rabb and Ms. Browne were present during inspection.
