19. Observed low water pressure at water fountain.**Water pressure at drinking fountains must be high enough so that water clears mouth nozzle, and so that water does not splash on the floor. See Rule .2815 (f).21. Observed toilets in After School room still running several minutes after being flushed.**Keep toilets clean and in good repair. See rule .2817 (a).32.
