Color code for disinfectant test strips could not be found. Disinfectant was mixed to the correct strength. Provide test strips for the chlorine disinfectant. 15A NCAC 18A .2819 (c ) #28. Observed cough syrup in unlocked medicine box stored on high cabinet in center classroom. Store medication locked away except emergency medication. Cough syrup locked in locked storage closet at time of inspection.
