General CommentsGeneral Comment: #5. Observed unheated beans stored in ice cream bucket not labeled in up-right freezer. Label food products with date and store food in food grade containers. Do not reuse the ice cream buckets to store food directly in. #15. Monitor hot water at kitchen two compartment sink. I recommend just barely turning water temperature up. Today hot water at kitchen two compartment sink maxed out at 120F. Reason for turning water temperature up is because in the fall and winter, daycare sometime has a problem with water temperature at two compartment sink in kitchen reaching 120F. Mrs. Constance Lockhart present at time of inspection
