Solid waste must be covered, and dumpster area must be kept clean. 15A NCAC 18A .2830 (c ) and (d).
Solid wastes shall be disposed of in a manner that prevents insect breeding and public nuisances. 15A NCAC 18A .2830 (d). Observed multiple bags of trash stored inside play ground enclosure (bags ripped open with trash collecting on ground); Observed large uncovered trash bin located in back play ground enclosure over flowing onto ground in need of removal. Remove solid waste from play grounds and keep receptacles covered. |
