Ms. Alyssa present during inspection today. 21) Toilets shall be cleaned and disinfected at least daily and when visibly soiled. 15A NCAC 18A .2817 (b). Observed toilet seat in preschool room with urine on it. 23) Limit storage in restrooms to toileting and diapering items only. 15A NCAC 18A .2817 (a). Observed easel stored in bathroom of 2's room. 29) All hazardous items must be stored behind lock and key. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b). Observed Pam aerosol spray to be in unlocked in kitchen. Ensure items stay locked at all times. Observed one aerosol room spray automatic sprayer with broken lock in infant room. 34) Individual linen must be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2821 (f). Observed linen one on cot in preschool room with a large hole in it.
