Observed torn vinyl blocks in infants, and older todds rooms. Observed that toys throughout facility need detail cleaning. Ensure all cracks and crevices are cleaned as well. Observed worn book shelf in preschool room. Observed tape residue on furniture in preschool room. Observed cabinet door in preschool room has come detached from cabinet. Caregiver stated she has already put in a work order. Observed play phone in young todds room to be damaged. CDI: Toy discarded. Observed torn books in infant room. |
