NO DEMERITS FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATION: #21. Keep toilets and urinals clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2817 (a). Observed last toilet in 3's classroom that is currently not in use with black staining on the inside of toilet basin. Per conversation with Director staining will not come out. *NOTE: Director Tonya Reid was present during time of inspection.
