GENERAL COMMENTS NO DEMERITS FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATIONS: #21. Keep toilets and urinals clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2817 (a). Observed one loose toilet seat in toddler classroom. #34. Toys, equipment, furniture, and any other items accessible to the children shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2822 (a), (b). Observed tape reside on child sized furniture throughout center. *NOTE: Director Tonya Reid was present during time of inspection.
