. Ms. Jermaine was present during the inspection.General Comments:#31 - Observed the infant/toddler room closet with items were disorganized and stored on the floor. **Keep all storage off the floor. See rule .2820 (a). #34 - Observed one pillow with a damaged seam and exposed cushioning in the 4's room.**Toys, equipment, furniture, and any other items accessible to the children shall be kept clean and in good repair. See rule .2822 (a), (b).#46 - CCA treated wood was sealed on 5/28/13.
