No demerits were issued for the following: 13. Observed box of paper towels stored on the floor in the kitchen. Spoke with staff about keeping them off the floor during storage. Paper towels were removed. **Single-service articles must be kept clean and protected from contamination. 15A NCAC 18A .2809 (8), .2814 (a) and (b). 21. Observed faucet handle loose in the girls' restroom in the after school side. Needs to be tightened. Different sink from previous inspection. **Keep handwashing sinks clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2818 (a).
