No demerits were issued for the following: 37. Observed absorbent ceiling tiles in the boys' restroom on the main hallway. Ceiling tiles should be non-absorbent when there is no working exhaust fan. Not previously mentioned in prior inspection. **Walls in rooms in which food is stored, handled or prepared, utensil-washing rooms, and toilet rooms shall be non-absorbent. 15A NCAC 18A .2825 (b). NOTE: Lead water sampling was completed on September 30th, 2020. Director provided lead water results from print out from RTI International. Director Kimberly Doster was present during the inspection.
