General Comments

Observed water spots on light shields over light fixtures throughout in different rooms and some ceiling tiles. Lights are properly working and no microbial growth present on ceiling tiles. Monitor light fixtures and ceiling tiles for any roof leaks and repair if needed!**Keep all floors, walls, and ceilings, clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2824 and .2825.**Keep all ventilation related equipment clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2826 (b). Observed protruding nail in border around playground equipment. Nail down protruding nail in border.
