29: High level cabinets left unlocked while staff were cleaning rooms (Infant 2, Toddler 3, Preschool). Cleaners were in the cabinets and cabinets were above 5' from the floor. COS. All hazardous items must be stored behind lock and key. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b). 32: Two children placed within 18" on cots in 4's. Children must be spaced at least 18 inches apart or separated by a partition while napping. 15A NCAC 18A .2821 (e).34: Slight rust collecting on the inside of the washer lid/rim.
