Shakitia Jones was present during the inspection. The critical violation #29 from the 7/13/2017 inspection has been corrected. NO DEMERITS ISSUED FOR THE FOLLOWING: #4 - Observed beeforoni was holding at 114F. Careroom haveing late lunch had not yet been served. The hot holding temperature violation was corrected by re-heating the dish to F. **All potentially hazardous food products shall be maintained at 45°F, or below, or 140°F or above. 15A NCAC 18A .2806 (f) #10 - Observed two coolers were wet inside and stored with tight lids. **Completely air-dry all equipment and utensils before stacking or storing the items. 15A NCAC 18A .2812 (h)
