#16 Observed water at all hand washing sinks registering at 72F. Water shall be registering at 80F - 110F. **Hot water shall be maintained between 80°F and 110°F at hand washing sinks accessible to children. 15A NCAC 18A .2815 (e). #21 Observed some dried residue present on toilet seats with toilet seat in disrepair (slight chipping) on Pre-K toilet seat. **Keep toilets and urinals clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2817 (a). #33 Observed physical name/# not present on cribs in infant room. Name and number chart were present, but not on actual crib itself. Place # on crib to correlate. **All cribs, beds, cots and mats must be labeled with each individual child's name. 15A NCAC 18A .2821 (c ). Note: Updated Mecklenburg County Hand Washing Signs were attached to emailed report Ms. Crystal was present during inspection. A PROVISIONAL CLASSIFICATION has been issued.
