Observed a few baby bottles without dates in the Infant room.Label all baby bottles, sippy-cups, and bottled beverages sent from home with the child's name and date it was brought into the facility. 15A NCAC 18A .2804 (d)35. Per several teachers, the toy cleaning process was incorrect. Ensure the following steps are done.In areas where children are not toilet trained, small mouth contact toys shall be washed, rinsed, sanitized (submerged for 2 minutes), and allowed to air dry, after use and more frequently when visibly dirty. 15A NCAC 18A .2822 (a).-Observed bottles and spoons in the food handwashing sink in the Infant room.Ensure all sinks are accessible for handwashing at all times.Ms. Cindy Wingate present
