#27 verbalized diaper change described incorrect in toddler room. Caregivers hands wiped after clean diaper already placed on. Follow correct diaper change. Observed small rip in diaper changing pad in hall restroom. Keep diaper changing pad clean and in good condition. #29 Observed keys to locked closets containing hazardous items located below 5ft. Keep keys above 5ft. #30 Observed 1 bottle unlabled (windex solution) in restroom closet. Observed sanitizer and disinfectant bottles stored below 5ft height #32 Observed 2 cribs without names in toddler room. Ensure every crib is properly labeled. Ms. Varner was present during inspection.
