#10 Observed handle of serving utensil stored in jar. Keep serving utensil separate and stored out of food. #12 Obsereved pans collecting built up black residue that flaked. Keep all food service equipment in good repair. #25 Violation was corrected and disinfectant was provided throughout facility registering at 500 parts per million. #49 Observed several toys collecting water. Rain was present previous night. Children have not used playground. Toys will be emptied. Ms. Varner was present during inspection.
