GENERAL COMMENTS NO DEMERITS FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATIONS: #10. Highchair feeding trays, shall be washed, rinsed, and sanitized after each use. 15A NCAC 18A .2812 (e). Observed food debris build up under high chair in infant room. #27. All cleaning and disinfectant solutions shall be properly labeled (i.e. soapy water, disinfectant). 15A NCAC 18A .2819 (c ) and .2820 (c ). Observed soapy water spray bottle in main hallway restroom with label fading. Critical violation #15 has been corrected *NOTE: Director Ms. Michelle was present during time of inspection and inspection report was emailed to her at the following idlewildcdc@yahoo.com
