General Comments

No demerits were issued for the following: 34. Observed water play center with standing water in room 2A. The class was currently in the gym. Spoke with Director about having the center filled with water just prior to start time and discarded after, followed by wash, rinse and sanitizing. **Clean and sanitize water play centers and associated toys daily (if used) and when visibly soiled. 15A NCAC 18A .2822 (c ).
