General Comments

Michelle Jeter was present during the inspection.#26 - Observed the disinfectant solution was at 250ppm at the diaper changing station in the infant room. Observed the chlorine test strips used were defective (to different colors on the test strip). Replace defective test strips. Chlorine test strip vendor list was provided.#37 - Observed some care rooms with missing base boards. Contiue replacing/repairing walls and basebaords. **Keep all floors, walls, and ceiling clean and in good repair.
