General Comment: #21. Monitor slow draining hand washing sink in kitchen area and repair if needed.**Keep handwashing sinks clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2818 (a). #44. Observed cardboard from new furniture that was replaced in daycare near trash can area. Remove cardboard from premises as soon as possible.**Solid wastes shall be disposed of in a manner that prevents insect breeding and public nuisances. 15A NCAC 18A .2830 (d). Mrs. Bessie Howell and Mrs. Sheila Chambers present at time of inspection.
