No demerits were issued for the following: 27. Observed bottles labeled "Disinfecting Sanitizer" during the inspection. Contents inside bottles were disinfectant. Bottles need to be properly labeled. Bottles labeled "Toy Sanitizer was stored with disinfecting bottles to distinguish between the two. **All cleaning and disinfectant solutions shall be properly labeled (i.e. soapy water, disinfectant). 15A NCAC 18A .2819 (c ) and .2820 (c ). NOTE: Rooms has been approved by licensing consultant since previous inspection. Rooms inspected today were 2124, 2126, 2128, 2130, 2125, 2127, 2131, 2118, 2117, 2115, 2110, 2112, 2102, 2105 and 2103.
