General Comments

Teresa Holsonback, Brenda Wilson and Michele Wilson were present during the inspection. Inspected the following rooms: 700 (toy cleaning room), 701, 702 (storage), 707, 708, 710, 716, 717, 718, 719, 732, 734. Provided the Provisional Guideline document.#10 - THe care giver in room 708 stated that only sanitizer solution was used to clean the infant feeding trays. **Highchair feeding trays, shall be washed, rinsed, and sanitized after each use. 15A NCAC 18A .2812 (e).#27 - Observed the care giver did not wipe her hands with a wipe after removing her gloves during the diaper changing procedure. **Follow the correct diaper changing procedure as described in 15A NCAC 18A .2819 (d).#32 - Observed cribs were not labeled in the infant rooms (walls near each crib was labeled). **Label each crib with the child's name or number each crib and provide crib numbers for each child. **All cribs, beds, cots and mats must be labeled with each individual child's name. 15A NCAC 18A .2821 (c ).#37 - The carpet was last extraction cleaned on September 6, 2014.#39 - Observed some of the window blinds were dusty in the care rooms. **Keep all ventilation related equipment clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2826 (b).#46 - No CCA treated wood present.
