Inspected the following rooms: 700 (toy cleaning room), 701, 702 (storage), 707, 708, 710, 716, 717, 718, 732, 734.#23 - Observed boppy pillows and furniture were stored in the restroom (702). **Limit storage in restrooms to toileting and diapering items only. 15A NCAC 18A .2817 (a).#29 - Observed several bottle of unlabeled cleaners in the toy cleaning room. **Hazardous products shall be stored in its original container or in another labeled container. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b).#37 - The carpet was last extraction cleaned in 12/31/13#46 - No CCA treated wood present.
