General Comments

Ms. Teresa Holsonback(Director) was present during the inspection. The following rooms were inspected: 700(toy washing), 701, 702(storage), 706, 708, 710, 714, 716, 717, 718, 719, 732, 734, 735 (food service).#5 - Observed a childs milk bottles were not labeled with the date in room 706. **Label all baby bottles, sippy-cups, and bottled beverages sent from home with the child's name and date it was brought into the facility. 15A NCAC 18A .2804 (d)#23 - Observed no hand washing sign was posted at the food service hand washing sink in room 735. **Hand washing signs shall be posted at all hand washing areas. 15A NCAC 18A .2818 (e)#28 - Observed a tube of prescription diaper cream was stored on a high shelf with non-precription diaper cream in the 2's room. **All medications must be stored behind lock and key. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (d).#35 - The "Lemon Disinfectant" stored in the toy washing room is not approved for cleaning mouthed toys. This product is not approved for use on food contact surfaces.#37 - Observed caret cleaning records indicated last cleaning on 8/31/2013.#46 - No CCA treated wood present.
