No demerits were issued for the following: 21. Observed loose toilet seat in Fireflies. Toilet seat needs to be tightened. **Keep toilets and urinals clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2817 (a). Joanna Smith was present during the inspection. NOTE: The previous critical violation (no lead water results) has been rectified. The Clean Water for Carolina Kids website dos not have results posted but the samples were sent off on September 8th as stated in confirmation email provided.
