General Comment/ No Points Deducted! . #28. Observed bottle of liquid benedryl stored with Epi pin five feet vertical distance out of reach of children. Liquid benedryl must be locked away. Benedryl locked away at time of inspection. Left Mrs. Janice Price a handout with approved emergency medication that may be store five feet vertical distance out of reach of children.***All medications must be stored behind lock and key. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (d).***Designated emergency medications shall be stored out of reach of children (5 ft above the floor). 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (d). #29. Observed wall mounted air freshener/ sprayer and was unable to gain access to check to see if air freshener is in an aerosol container. Check with vendeo to see what type of product is in wall mounted air freshener. If vendor is using aerosol canister in unit have vendor to zip tie unit or place screw in unit.***All hazardous items must be stored behind lock and key. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b). #30. Observed container of hand sanitizer in playground emergency bag stored less than five feet vertical distance out of reach of children. Store playground emergency bags containing hand sanitizer five feet vertical distance out of reach of children or locked away. Hand sanitizer properly stored at time of inspection.
