#27 Per caregiver in infant room when cleaning the diaper changing surface disinfectant is sprayed and let sit on surface. Ensure that soapy water is applied and wiped off surface before disinfectant is sprayed. **Follow the correct diaper changing procedure as described in 15A NCAC 18A .2819 (d).#29 Observed key holster stored at 5 ft height but with chord key dangles below 5f. Tighten key chain to keep key at distance of 5ft. **Keys used to access hazardous item storage must be out of reach of children (5 ft above the floor) and stored separately from lock. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b).#31 Observed items in storage area in need of organizing to facilitate easy cleaning. Observed box of diapers stored on floor in storage closet at end of 1st floor hall. **Adequate space shall be provided for the storage of equipment, furniture, toys, clothes, linens, backpacks, book bags, diaper bags, beds, cots, mats, and supplies and shall be kept clean. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (a).**Ms. Price present during inspection.
