Ms. Donna present during inspection today. 16) Hot water supplied to clothes washing machines shall be 120°F or above. 15A NCAC 18A .2815 (e). Hot water at washing machine has not been repaired so that it will maintain 120F. REPEAT VIOLATION 21) Keep toilets and urinals clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2817 (a). Observed urinal in boys restroom to be in disrepair. Operator stated that a plumber had been called.
