Keep all floors, walls, and ceilings, clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2824 and .2825. Observed paint chipping on blue walling in toddler classroom. EHS advises center to have chipping paint repainted where needed as soon as possible.
Carpet shall be extraction cleaned at least once each 6 months. 15A NCAC 18A .2824 (c ). Observed no records on file detailing when carpet was last cleaned. EHS advised Director to start keeping a record of when carpet is cleaned.
