15A NCAC 18A .2815 (e) Hot water shall be maintained between 80°F and 110°F at handwashing sinks accessible to children. Observed hot water reach 119F at food prep sink in C109 and C108. Observed hot water reach 117F food prep sink in infant room. Director has been keeping a temperature log and trying to keep the temperature regulated but the mixing valves seem to be slipping after adjustment. REPEAT. |

15A NCAC 18A .2821 (d). Mats shall be of a waterproof, washable material at least two inches thick. Observed mats in TK room are less than 2 inches thick. Needs to be at least two inches thick. |
