General Comment:
15A NCAC 18A .2815 (e) Hot water shall be maintained between 80°F and 110°F at handwashing sinks accessible to children. Observed hot water reach 116F at food prep sink in C104 and C108. Observed hot water reach 113F at C 105 food prep sink. Water temperature would drop as water continued to run. EHS suggested facility to check mixing valves. Only 3 of the approximately 18 sinks tested out of temperature. Points will be deducted if facility is out of compliance at any sinks on the next inspection. |
