(NO POINTS DEDUCTED) 11. Observed sanitizer registering above 200 parts per million in lower level class rooms. Sanitizer shall be in range of 50-200 ppm. 27. Observed diaper change procedure described incorrectly in older infants. Follow correct diaper change. 37. Observed window sills in 3's and 4's and other rooms in need of repainting. Observed wall behind trash can in disrepair in full day 4's. NOTE: Keep all special milks stored in kitchen. Not in dorm style fridges.
