General Comments

Observed many classrooms not in operations due to low enrollment. Note: incident occurred in a class where a teacher vomited in a hand sink. Teacher removed from class and sent to nurse before going home. Children were removed from class and housekeeping staff cleaned and disinfected per vomit clean up procedures. Suggest monitoring children and informing parents as a precautionary measure.
