General Comment: #29. Observed lock on storage closet door unlocked in room 127 and closet contained aerosol can of Lysol disinfectant spray. Lock on door locked at time of inspection. **All hazardous items must be stored behind lock and key. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b). #39. Observed light fixture not shielded in mini gym storage closet and light bulb not shatter proof. Provide light shield over light fixture or replace light bulbs with shatter proof light bulb. Was not able to tell if lights in light fixture in mini gym are shatter proof. Replace light bulbs in light fixture in mini gym or provide documentation stating light bulbs are shatter proof .**Light bulbs must be shatterproof or shielded. 15A NCAC 18A .2826 (a). #35.Dirty toy bin provided in (2) toddler room where dirty toy bin was missing(122 and 123).**
