GENERAL COMMENTS NO DEMERITS: #29. All hazardous items must be stored behind lock and key. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b). Observed toilet bowl cleaner stored on high shelving in Pre K restroom. Per conversation with Director the cleaning crew left it there. *NOTE: During time of inspection most children were napping. Director Merrily Watts was present during time of inspection.
