General Comments: #5. Observed small bag of grits clipped at the top in kitchen area. Grits placed in sealable container at time of inspection.**Store all foods in approved re-sealable bags or containers once opened. 15A NCAC 18A .2806 (a) #12. Observed water leaking from back left bottom corner of dish machine. Have someone to check and repair leak on dish machine if needed. Dish machine is properly washing, rinsing and sanitizing.**Keep all non-food contact surfaces and equipment clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2812 (f) and .2809 (1) and (3). #18. Provide hose bib back flow prevention device on hose bib on pre school playground.**Maintain backflow prevention on all hose bibs and threaded faucets. 15A NCAC 18A .2815 (c). #34. Wipe/clean science table in rascal room. Wipe/clean area around lid on clothes washer and clothes dryer even though units are broken. Director informed me that they are in the process of replacing washer and dryer. Child care is using the washer and dryer in the gym area until washer and dryer can be repaired or replaced.***Toys, equipment, furniture, and any other items accessible to the children shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2822 (a), (b). #44. Dispose of old shelving in dumpster area and remove from beside trash dumpster.**Solid wastes shall be disposed of in a manner that prevents insect breeding and public nuisances. 15A NCAC 18A .2830 (d). ****Lead swab test performed throughout in rooms and results read negative.
