General Comments

Observed spray can of air freshener stored on shelving in teacher resource room near office. Store air freshener locked away. Air fresher locked in filing cabinet in office area.**All hazardous items must be stored behind lock and key. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b). Observed milk being tranported to classroom on an improper ice bath---->milk temperature was 41F. A PROPER ICE BATH CONSIST OF ICE IN THE BOTTOM CONTAINER COMING IN CONTACT WITH BASE AND SIDES OF THE FOOD CONTAINER; UP TO THE HEIGHT OF THE FOOD PRODUCT!**All potentially hazardous food products shall be maintained at 45°F, or below, or 140°F or above. 15A NCAC 18A .2806 (f). Thoroughly clean underside edges of tables where kids eat at and handles on chairs. Dust/clean window blinds and window ledges.**Toys, equipment, furniture, and any other items accessible to the children shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2822 (a), (b). Mrs. Tucker present at time of inspection.
