These facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair.- Observed soiled looking pink/green mildew around the base of faucet (outside CT restroom, restroom PEDS22, ED-EX23 1227, end of hall restroom of ED green pod). Observed slow draining at hand sink in PEDS22. Observed damage toilet seat in restroom front lobby ED. Observed one of the three restrooms front lobby ED has “out of order” sign posted on door. Observed leaking shower in 3258. Cleaning/repairing needed. Keep clean and good repair. Half point deducted due to improvement. |

Observed coffee spills in cabinets under coffee makers with some contaminating disposable pitchers in Nourishment rooms in ICU, 2361, 2116 and 2193. Needs cleaning. Point remain the same at this time. |
