Observed pink residue around shower drain and shower head in 301. Observed part of shower bench loose in 3277. Observed bolt out of shower chair and shower head dripping in 3279. Observed hand sink was blocked by trash can and a big roller bag at the hand sink in the lab. CDI- Items removed at the time of inspection. Ensure to not block any hand washing sink at anytime. |
